Ceremics

I made a design to make my bowl out of then i painted it to add a little texture. Then we put it in the kiln to dry and harden. Then i put glaze all over it:)..dont take that the wrong way...

Here we looked at objects like these on our table. Then Mr. Sands gave us the challenge to draw the stance of the objects. It was a lot of fun and turned out great.

Here is bob marley. A true boss. We colored boxes and different shapes of him on the boxes to create the image.

Diego Forlan, a strong striker from Uruguay. He wears puma and enjoys the colors yellow orange and red. He has flowing blonde hair that sticks out. I made a frame, traced him, cut out the black to leave the white and put it on a frame with a cardboard to the back of it. Then i spraypainted and it showed in the picture.

Mosaic

We started by going on photoshop making our picture mosaic and atleast 3 different contrasting colors. then when we printed ours out we chose one that we thought would turn out the best. Then we used chalk on bricks to create the image. Every brick was three boxes.  This is our final image.

Lionel messi self portrait.

Lionel messi is my favorite soccer player. So i took this opportunity to draw him. This is their original home jersey. i used red,blue,black and tan for his uniform, hair, and face. Its nike sponsored and fcb. futbol club of barcelona.

The finished product of our traced piece. turned out pretty cool.

Mud paintings.

Using chalk to go over the toothpick holes to create an image on the ground. Didn't work so well so we had to trace it ourselves but it turned out nice.
